How do I make a booking?

Making a booking through Tourdefarm is easy! Once you have selected your destination, preferred Farmstay or experience you will be prompted to enquiry form with details such as you contact details, number of guests, and number of nights. Post availability confirmation by our team you will receive the payment details to confirm your booking.

Do you cater for group bookings?

Yes! We do cater for group bookings and offer group discounts based on the number of adults you are looking for.

Can you resend my confirmation?

Lost your confirmation email or didn’t receive it? No problem! simply contact our support team and we can resend it to you!

How do I cancel a booking?

You can email your booking details to our support team. Our team will initiate the cancellation process as per cancellation policy of the particular Farmstay or package. Kindly note that there may be cancellation charges involved after certain time period based on the Farmstay’s own policy and Rules.

Can I book a Farmstay or an activity when I reach the destination?

Our Farmstay can only be booked online. It is suggested you pre-book your Farmstay to avoid disappointment as many of our Farmstay are popular and get sold out in advance.

Can I pay cash on arrival?

This will depend on the Farmstay’s own policy and Rules, so ensure to read these policies carefully! The Farmstay will have this clearly displayed what method you can pay with on arrival, either cash and/or credit/debit card. Note: For all night stay booking it is mandatory to pay in advance to confirm your bookings.

Are the Farmstay providers safe and trustworthy?

We do our best to curate listings submitted by our Farmstay owners. Before a Farmstay or activity is listed, we conduct an initial phone or video interview and in some cases, meet the vendors in person. You can also refer to the reviews, references, and social checks to make sure you are comfortable. However, due to the unpredictable nature of things, does not assume liability for anything that happens at an activity or Farmstay. Guests and Farmstay Owners enter into an agreement with each other, and this should be done at your own discretion.
